About Scarfed & Sorted

I'm Wida — a hijabi, a new mum, and a working Londoner who spent way too long trying to find modest outfits that didn't look like an afterthought. Scarfed & Sorted is where I share everything I've figured out — the outfits, the baby finds, and the honest bits in between.

The Story

I started wearing hijab at age 18, and from that day figuring out how to dress became a whole different conversation. Not just what looks good — but what works. What feels like me. What I can wear to a Monday morning meeting and still feel confident in.

London has everything, except somehow a go-to space for hijabi women who want minimalist, practical, affordable style that doesn't compromise on coverage. So I built one.

Scarfed & Sorted started as a place for outfit ideas. Then I got pregnant, and suddenly I had a whole new set of questions nobody was answering — what to wear in hospital as a hijabi, what to actually pack in your bag, what baby brands are genuinely worth it in the UK. So that became part of it too.

Now I'm a new mum, still figuring out how to get dressed before the baby wakes up, and sharing all of it here — the looks that work, the products I actually buy, and the honest bits that don't always make it onto Instagram.

Everything I recommend is linked. Nothing is sponsored unless I say so. And I only ever share things I'd genuinely put on myself or my baby.
